A conversation is a 24-hour messaging window between you and a customer. Once a customer sends you a message or you initiate a conversation, you have 24 hours to exchange unlimited messages with that customer. This counts as 1 conversation.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts required.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your monthly conversation limit, you can purchase additional conversations at ₹0.50 per conversation, or upgrade to a higher plan for better value.
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans with full access to features. No credit card required to start. You can test the platform and see if it fits your business needs before making any commitment.
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based payments with NET 30 terms.
